A Visualz Terms of Service & Rockville Speaker Giveaway Rules

3. Orders & Purchases

A Visualz sells horror-themed apparel and merchandise through third-party print-on-demand platforms including Printify and Printful. All orders are made-to-order and subject to availability and pricing as shown at the time of purchase.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed and shipped by our print-on-demand partners. A Visualz is not liable for shipping delays, misprints, or third-party service issues.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with an incorrect item, you must contact us at
[email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

Please include a photo of the issue and your order number. If the error is confirmed, a free replacement will be issued. We are not responsible for issues related to shipping errors, including incorrect addresses or lost/stolen packages marked as delivered.

5. Rockville Speaker Giveaway – Official Rules Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Employees of A Visualz, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.

Entry Period

Start Date: November 13, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM ET

End Date: January 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 13, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s website countdown timer at horrorteezone.com is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. There are two (2) methods of entry are as follows:

1. Via Online Purchase – During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who make a purchase through the Sponsor’s online shop at horrorteezone.com (the “Website”), will automatically receive 500 bonus entries into the Sweepstakes for every hoodie or t-shirt purchased.

2. Via Mail - During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants can obtain Sweepstakes entries by legible hand-printing, on a 3”x 5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, email address, and mailing the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to: A Visualz LLC Home Theater Speaker Giveaway #1, 1401 Pennsylvania Ave, Suite #105, Wilmington, DE 19806 (the “Mail-In Entry”). All entries must be postmarked by January 31, 2026, and received by February 6, 2025. Each mail-in entry received will be worth one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Please limit one (1) entry per individual via the mail option. **NOTE: Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. In addition, Entrants are not permitted to use any 3rd party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Sponsor). Each Envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted. No correspondence will be acknowledged; request for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.

Winner Selection

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winner will be announced within 5 business days after the contest ends. The winner will be notified via the email and/or telephone provided on their entry form.

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Rockville Audio, Visa, Facebook, Instagram, or any third party.

Limitation of Liability & Rights

A Visualz reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time. By entering, you grant A Visualz the right to use your first name and state of residence in promotional materials if selected as a winner.

A Visualz shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or participation in any contest or giveaway. This includes technical failures, delivery delays, or third-party service issues.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
