We want you to love what you ordered. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item:

f the issue is validated by our fulfillment partner, a free replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

📦 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”.

However, we’re happy to help you work with Printify/Printful support to try to resolve the issue.
