🛒 Ordering Information

Q: How do I place an order?

Simply visit our main shop page or our 2nd shop page , browse available items, and click "Add to Cart." Secure checkout is handled through our print-on-demand partners.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit/debit cards and other payment platforms supported by our vendor (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed as soon as they're placed. Because we use a made-to-order system, cancellations or edits may not be possible. Please double-check your information before submitting.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

Most items ship within 5–10 business days, depending on production and location. Shipping delays may occur during holidays or high demand.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

No. We are only handling orders orders currently in the U.S. & Canada. However, we intend to expand to more countries in the future.

Q: How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received it within 10 business days, email us at: support@avisualz.com.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my item?

All sales are final. However, if your item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it for free.

To request a replacement:Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@avisualz.com
with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Go to horrorteezone.com, fill out the short form, and submit your entry. No purchase necessary.

Q: How do bonus entries work?

Each purchase of an A Visualz logo tee gives you

Check the giveaway page for the deadline. The winner will be announced by email within 7 days of the closing date.
